Returns and Refunds Policy

Goods are not shipped through international logistics

1.In the " Undelivered" state, you can click "Refund /Return" on the corresponding order in the member center order page, our purchase will apply to the seller, if the seller has not yet shipped, After the seller confirms the refund, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the available balance of your Citygobuy account, which generally takes 3 days.

2. "Delivered" status If the seller have shipped, you can correspond on the member center order page Click "Refund/Return" on the order to apply for a return. Our purchase will apply to the seller for a refund. After the seller confirms the refund, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the available balance of your Citygobuy account. It usually takes 7 days.

3. Within 5 days after "In storage ", you can click "refund /return" on the corresponding order in the member center order page to apply for a return. Our purchase will apply to the seller, depending on whether the seller agrees. To help you return, the returned courier number will be displayed at the corresponding order. After the seller receives the product and returns the product payment to us, the corresponding payment will be returned to your Citygobuy account available balance, generally 7--15 Days, depending on when the seller confirms the refund.

There has three status for the return order
Pending: Your return application are waiting for the agent dealing with
Processing: The agent is dealing with your return application
Completed: The return has completed, and the money has refunded to your balance.

1. Delivery errors, defectives or goods damage

When your order received with any one of the above stated issues, please take photos of the goods as well as the packing, and send the photos with proper description to our customer service center at: service@cityhobuy.com. We will reply to you after process the problems.

2. Quality issue

When the goods you purchased by Citygobuy encounter quality problems after using, as long as they are still within the warranty period, and you have the original purchasing receipts and the quality assurance cards, you can entrust us to contact with the China merchants to apply for the products return / exchange for you.

For products that meet with the return or replacement requests, Citygobuy will take the responsibility of transportation for goods to be repaired or replaced by the Chinese merchants. As each merchant or manufacturer has its own post service strategy (as specified in the warranty card). Citygobuy cannot promise you that the manufacturer will fully satisfy your requirements; however, we will try our best to serve you in the best way.

Citygouy provides the post service without any extra charges except for the transportation fees. Citygobuy reserves the right to reject returning or replacing for goods that are unqualified.


If any of the following circumstances occurs, we will not accept the goods you require for return / exchange:

(1)Goods has been replaced, the original has been changed, or parts are missing

(2) The opened commodities, such as software package, CDS, DVDS, tapes, etc.

(3) The commodities with no original purchasing proof.
