[Announcement] Service Time Adjustment During the Spring Festival Holiday

The Chinese traditional festival Spring Festival is coming soon, Citygobuy would like to extend to you our sincere wishes and greetings for the New Year!
In order help our customer making their shopping and international shipping plan, here is our service adjustment arrangement for you reference:
During the Holiday, services such as Warehouse Services, Order Processing, Order consulting,Parcel consulting, Return/Exchange, Shipping Urging, etc. will not be available.
And real-time services such as Customer Service Phone, Online Customer Service, Support Email, Care Email, Community, Wechat, Online Consultation, etc. will be suspended. All such services will be available once the Holiday ends (from 9am Feb. 7th, 2022 )
Given the Spring Festival in China, please kindly be informed that:
Some Chinese sellers will start holidaying one after another, so we advise you to place orders in advance.
To ensure that your parcel ship out before the Holiday starts, we advise you to submit parcel as soon as possible.
Orders placed during the Holiday or after-sales requests made then will have to be processed on a first-come, first-served basis from 9:00 am, Feb. 7th onwards.
1. Warm reminder
Chinese sellers will start holidaying one after another, the order and shipping time will be influenced to a large extent. Shipping time subject to the seller describe on the item detail page. If you need purchase items in urgent need, please place order in advance and let us purchase for you.
2. Time adjustment for purchase and after-sale service
Due to the influence of spring festival holiday, from Jan. 25th to Feb. 7th, orders placed or after-sales requests will not available. We will begin to deal with it from 9:00 am Feb. 7th according to the order time.
3. Time adjustment for putting in storage
Citygobuy warehouse will put in storage items until Jan. 28th 17:00 pm , the items arrive after Jan. 28th will begin put in storage at 9 am Feb. 7th .
4. Time adjustment for online Customer service
All real-time consultation such as Customer Service Phone, Online Customer Service, Support Email, Community, Wechat, Online Consultation, etc. will be suspended from Jan. 28th 18:30 pm to Feb. 7th 9:00 am. All the related service will begin to deal with from Feb. 7th 9:00 am.
